5. Payment & Refund Policy

6. Liability Disclaimer

The platform is an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between Hosts and Guests. Liability for injuries, damages, or losses lies with the responsible party. The platform provides limited protections, but users acknowledge they are ultimately responsible for their own actions and agreements.
